Jerome Evans, BSc, MSc, MCIEH, Grad IOSH

Jerome is a seasoned Food Safety Consultant, with a wealth of experience spanning private industry audits and public sector regulation, nationally.

His expertise lies within to the hospitality industry, where he worked directly with renowned establishments such as Turtle Bay, German Doner Kebab, Rockfish, 7Bone, Bubbleology, The Stable, Smashburger, and corporate giants such as McDonald's, KFC, and Barburrito.

Jerome holds a first-class Honours BSc in Environmental Health from Cardiff Metropolitan University after which he gained an MSc in Food Safety Management from the University of Central Lancashire. He is a member of prestigious professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute for Environmental Health, the Institute of Food Science and Technology, and the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety.

Jerome's ethos revolves around collaborative success by developing food safety systems, implementing them, and the ongoing consultancy surrounding it.

Jerome’s services are not limited to this however, he can also provide HACCP development, training, audits, health and safety manuals, fire risk assessments, and comprehensive support for complaints or regulatory queries.

Richard Vowler, BSc, MCIEH 

Richard has a wealth of experience in working in the public health sector regulating food businesses and is seasoned in outbreak control in busy urban settings.  

Richard has firsthand inside knowledge from working with AA Rossette and Michelin starred establishments. He also has experience working with the largest food and beverage groups in a training and development roll for head chefs and menu design and dish specifications. 

Richard holds an Honours BSc Environmental Health from Cardiff Metropolitan University and is member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. Richard has completed the Food Standards Agency training course on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and has achieved the Advanced Professional Certificate in Investigative Practice. 

As an industry trainer and  experience of working within all types of food settings Richard understands the day-to-day Issues business come across when trying to deliver quality training and a bespoke food offer, whether it’s a simple a brunch menu or fine dinning sushi menu he will work with you from the ground up to help you deliver your vision to the consumer. 

Richards also services cover HACCP development, training, audits, Health and safety Manuals, fire risk assessments, infection control and full business support for complaints and regulatory queries.
